How soon will we reply to your inquiry?
Remote support: response within 1 hour during business hours and within 6 hours overnight; on-site within 2 business days in the Kaohsiung city area. For urgent matters, please call 07-363-0802。
What is your service coverage area?
On-site service covers all of Taiwan; industrial light source equipment can be shipped and arranged across Taiwan according to the project.
How is industrial light source equipment quoted?

Does installing kitchen UV fume purification require closing for business?
Most sites can be worked on during off-peak hours or closing days; beforehand, we survey the site to confirm the exhaust hood, ductwork, and power locations, minimizing any impact on business operations.
How is the property network management fee calculated?
Remote management monthly fee: 1 room $800, 5 rooms $3,600, 10 rooms $6,000; on-site support and equipment installation are billed separately, quoted after an on-site assessment, with no hidden charges.
Does IT outsourcing require a monthly contract?
Monthly contracts or per-visit billing are both available. Remote maintenance monthly fee: 1 computer $1,000, 5 computers $4,000, 10 computers $7,000; we first take stock of your equipment and needs, then recommend a suitable arrangement — no rigid long-term lock-in.
