UV Kitchen Fume Purification

A low-pressure UV mercury lamp uses 185nm to excite oxygen into ozone (O₂ → O₃) and 254nm to activate the ozone, then through photochemical oxidation gradually breaks down grease fumes and odor molecules into CO₂ and H₂O — with no secondary pollution and low operating costs.

The UV lamp is installed inside the exhaust duct or commercial exhaust hood; with strong oxidizing power and a fast reaction, it reduces exhaust odors and grease buildup in the ducts.
