If our office needs network rewiring and wireless added, do you do an on-site visit first?
Yes. We first survey the space, headcount, wall cabling, and rack location, then plan the wired/wireless network, AP placement, switches, and rack cabling, building it all in one go so it's easy to maintain and hand over.
The network frequently drops or slows down — can you help find the cause?
Yes. We troubleshoot step by step — from physical cabling, switches, wireless interference, and bandwidth to aging equipment — to find the real bottleneck and address it, rather than just rebooting.
We have a lot of users and want to balance traffic and isolate the guest network — is that possible?
Yes. Using VLANs to segment the network, with bandwidth management (QoS) and guest-network isolation, lets office, guest, and surveillance traffic each run on their own — safer and smoother.
We already have equipment installed by another vendor (Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, etc.) — can you take over its maintenance?
Yes. We first take stock of the existing topology, IP, VLAN, and login methods, keep the usable settings, and adjust or replace only when needed — no need to scrap and rebuild the whole thing.
If I want dual-line network redundancy or a static IP for external access, can you set that up?
Yes. Dual-line redundancy, static IP, NAT, port forwarding, and VPN can all be configured, and remote connections back to the company or branch sites can be planned together.
