Infrared Heating & UV

Through technical collaboration with leading international light-source manufacturers, TingHao supplies short-wave, fast medium-wave, medium-wave, and carbon medium-wave infrared heating emitters, as well as UV disinfection and kitchen fume purification systems — selecting the optimal wavelength and power density for each process.

Infrared Heaters

Choose the right wavelength to save up to 50% energy.

Infrared heating can deliver large amounts of energy in a short time and heat specific zones. The twin-tube design provides high mechanical stability and high power density, the gold reflector coating nearly doubles the effective radiation, it supports single-ended or double-ended connection, and it can be paired with the SYS series of electrical control and power control systems.

Technical highlights

Transfers large amounts of energy in a short time, a perfect match for production lines.

Short-wave penetrates and heats the object's interior, while medium-wave mainly heats surfaces and thin layers; the gold reflector coating nearly doubles the effective radiation, and precise wavelength matching can save up to 50% energy. Other design types, lengths, voltages, and power densities are available.

Short-wave SW Filament 1800–2400°C · peak wavelength 1.0–1.4µm · linear power <200 W/cm · surface power approx. 200 kW/m² · twin-tube 34×14 / 23×11mm · approx. 1-second on/off, strong penetration.
Fast medium-wave FMW Filament 1400–1800°C · peak wavelength >1.4µm · linear power 80 W/cm · surface power 150 kW/m² · twin-tube 34×14 / 23×11mm · lengths up to 6.4m, suitable for drying and thin-film processes.
Medium-wave MW Filament 800–950°C · peak wavelength 2.4–2.7µm · linear power 18/20/25 W/cm · surface power 60 kW/m² · twin-tube 18×8 / 22×10 / 33×15mm · economical, long-lived.
carbon medium-wave twin-tube Filament approx. 1200°C · peak wavelength approx. 2µm · linear power 60 W/cm · surface power approx. 110 kW/m² · twin-tube 34×14mm · 1–2 second on/off.

Applications: drying coatings and paints, curing inks, plastic films and sheets, glass heat treatment, food drying, shrink packaging, and localized heating of workpieces.

UV Disinfection

Indoor UV-C air disinfection and UVC disinfection.

UV can be used for air and surface disinfection. TingHao offers an indoor UV-C air disinfection series (wall-mounted / suspended / desktop / handheld, verified by independent research institutes and a university hospital), as well as UVC disinfection.

System integration

Indoor UV-C air disinfection and UVC.

The indoor UV-C air disinfection series uses UV-C 254nm recirculating disinfection — ozone-free and safe for occupied spaces — with wall-mounted / suspended / desktop models chosen by floor area.

UVC disinfection (200–280nm) It destroys microbial DNA and inhibits regeneration, used for air, water, and surface disinfection, and is widely applied in food processing, healthcare hygiene, and water treatment.

UV Kitchen Fume & Exhaust Purification

Photolytic ozone breaks down fumes and odors.

A low-pressure UV mercury lamp uses 185nm to excite oxygen in the air into ozone (O₂ → O₃) and 254nm to activate the ozone; once the ozone bonds with grease fumes and odor molecules, photochemical oxidation gradually breaks them down into CO₂ and H₂O. It has strong oxidizing power, a fast reaction, no secondary pollution, and low operating costs.

Specifications & Applications

150–300W per tube, 185nm, withstands 40–80°C, long lifespan.

Suitable for deodorizing kitchen fumes in food-service settings, commercial exhaust hoods, and industrial VOC exhaust treatment. Using UV photolysis combined with ozone for synergistic oxidation, it reduces grease buildup and exhaust odors.

Fume deodorizing

Breaks down fume and odor molecules, reducing exhaust odor and grease buildup in ducts.

Industrial exhaust gas

Suitable for photo-oxidation treatment of VOC and organic exhaust — fast-reacting and highly efficient.

Low operating cost

Low operating cost, no secondary pollution, used together with existing exhaust systems.
