UV-C can be used for air and surface disinfection. Through technical collaboration with leading international manufacturers, TingHao offers the indoor UV-C air disinfection series — made of high-purity quartz, long-lived, and safe for occupied spaces.

UV-C 254nm air disinfection

Indoor air flows continuously through UV-C, trapping viruses inside the unit.

Viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens often linger in the air as aerosols (tiny droplets), making poorly ventilated spaces such as offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, and gyms especially prone to transmission. This series uses a “recirculating air disinfection” approach, continuously drawing in indoor air, passing it through a UV-C (254nm) disinfection zone, and releasing it back out.

Independent research-institute air tests reduced the virus load in crowded spaces by up to approximately 95%; university-hospital surface disinfection achieved 99.99% inactivation of the actual coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2).

Ozone-free, safe for occupied spaces

Disinfection takes place inside the unit, producing no ozone and exposing no one to UV; people can be in the same room while it runs, making it suitable for long-term use.

Long lamp tube life

Using solid-state mercury lamps, the UV lamp tube lasts 12,000–16,000 hours, with a long replacement cycle and simple maintenance.

Indoor UV-C Air Disinfection Series

From a 4-ping desktop to a 110-ping large space, there is a matching model for each.

A UV disinfection series designed specifically for large spaces, with wall-mounted, suspended, desktop, or handheld products chosen by space size and use scenario; among them, the suspended Air M10 delivers a normal airflow of 1,100 m³/h, ideal for large spaces with ceilings over 3m high.

Air disinfection reduces pathogens by up to about 95%, and surface efficacy against real viruses reaches 99.99%.

In an independent research institute's study, a crowded space was simulated to test the air disinfection performance of the wall-mounted unit: multiple dummies represented people, one releasing a coronavirus surrogate, and after disinfection the airborne virus load was measured to be reduced by up to approximately 95%.

In a separate test, a university hospital conducted surface disinfection tests using the handheld unit / disinfection chamber, achieving 99.99% inactivation of the actual coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) — using the real virus rather than a surrogate. The verification was carried out jointly by independent research institutes, testing bodies, and a university hospital.
