Residential Network

For an entire building of rental units, an apartment complex, or a home — from bandwidth allocation and WiFi coverage to tenant repair requests — leave it to a single point of contact; remote handling comes first with on-site visits when needed, and monthly-contract management means you don't have to wait for a technician every time.

Property network management

Landlords don't need to understand networking, and tenants stop complaining about dropouts.

For the most common rental scenario of “one external line shared by multiple units,” we handle bandwidth management and tenant isolation; for homes and guesthouses, the focus is on whole-home coverage, equipment tidying, and remote maintenance.

Monthly managed service

We handle your tenants' network issues for you.

We provide a tenant repair-request contact, prioritizing remote restarts and configuration fixes with on-site visits when needed; equipment and cabling are documented, making handovers easy when tenants or equipment change, and the landlord just sees a single monthly statement.

Rental unit network Multiple units sharing a single external line: bandwidth allocation and rate limiting (QoS), and inter-tenant isolation, preventing one unit from congesting the whole building.
Whole-home WiFi coverage Mesh / AP placement and low-voltage cabinet organization — stable roaming without disconnection, even across many floors and partitions.
Remote managed maintenance A single point of contact for tenant repair requests, with remote restart and configuration troubleshooting, plus on-site visits when needed — a fixed monthly fee that's easy to budget.
Security and value-added Guest network separation, surveillance and access control integration, coin-operated laundry / metering equipment, and smart home connectivity.

FAQ

Rental network management — questions landlords often ask.

The whole apartment building's network is slow and tenants interfere with each other — can this be improved?

Yes. With bandwidth allocation and rate limiting (QoS), isolation between tenants, and whole-home WiFi coverage, every unit gets a stable connection without interfering with the others.

When a tenant reports a network issue, does the landlord have to handle it themselves?

No need. We can serve as the repair-request contact, handling issues remotely first with on-site visits when needed, on a monthly-contract management basis — and the landlord just sees a single monthly statement.

How is the network management fee for a single apartment unit calculated?

Remote management monthly fee: 1 unit $800, 5 units $3,600, 10 units $6,000; on-site support and equipment installation are billed separately, quoted after an on-site assessment, with no hidden charges.

There are WiFi dead spots throughout the house — can coverage be reinforced?

Yes. We re-plan AP placement and set up Mesh roaming to fill in signal dead zones, so you stay connected wherever you go.
